30-day money-back guarantee

We want your dog to love their WOUFCAR™. If that's not the case, you have 30 days from receipt to return your order and get a refund.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to give any reason. We extend this period to 30 days.

Return conditions

• The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, in its packaging.
• Contact us at contact@woufcar.fr with your order number before any return: we will send you the return address.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except for defective products or errors on our part.

Refund

Once the package has been received and checked, the refund is issued to the payment method used within 14 days maximum.

Defective or damaged product

If your WOUFCAR™ arrives damaged or has a defect, send us photos within 48 hours at contact@woufcar.fr: we will send you a new one or refund you in full, with no return costs.
