Terms of Sale

1. Purpose

These Terms of Sale govern sales concluded on the WOUFCAR™ store between WOUFCAR and any consumer customer.

2. Products

Photos and descriptions are as accurate as possible; slight colour variations may exist. Dimensions: approximately 50 × 28 cm, suitable for small and medium dogs.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. WOUFCAR reserves the right to change them at any time; the applicable price is the one displayed at the time of order.

4. Order and payment

The order is final after payment validation (credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay via a secure provider). A confirmation e-mail is sent to you.

5. Delivery

See our Shipping Policy. The WOUFCAR™ is available on pre-order: shipment within 3 to 4 weeks.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns

7. Legal warranty

You benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (art. L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (art. 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

9. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, first contact contact@woufcar.fr. Failing agreement, you may use a consumer mediator free of charge or the European online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr). French law applies.
